Stylistic diversity of Polish traditional method sparkling wines - a blessing or a curse?

4997 words, 32 pages, and almost 16 hours of interviews with winemakers, sommeliers, shop owners, and journalists over the past few months.

When I started, I thought writing the thesis would be fun. But the fun part, really, was learning, digging into the subject, and having all those exciting conversations with everyone who helped make this a reality.

I'm deeply grateful to everyone who shared their experiences and helped me in all other ways! You're the best!
